We are seeking an experienced Surface Superintendent to head a dynamic and skilled team. You will be responsible for overseeing all Electrical & Mechanical activities to the Surface operation.

- Ensuring all tasks are being undertaken in a safe manner and are meeting with statutory obligations
- Management of budgets in accordance with the mine plan, reporting to the senior management team
- Implement improvement initiatives & early identification strategies improving process management.
- Work alongside process superintendents & engineering teams identifying risks
- Oversee contractor engagement processes ensuring work is provided as per scope of engagement
- Promote statutory and corporate compliance with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental requirements and seek continuous improvement initiatives and develop early identification strategies to improve process management
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- You will ideally have 7+ years relevant underground mining experience in supervisory and planning capacity.
- You will be a proven leader with a safety conscious work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
