Talent and succession planning: identify and develop internal staff with the potential to fill key business leadership positions, including workforce planning by identifying and analysing client’s needs in terms of size, type, experience, knowledge, skills and quality of workforce to achieve organisational objectives.

Compensation: design and manage compensation frameworks and strategies. Evaluation of positions (job design) and building of salary structures, including short and long-term incentive plans.

Change management: provide leadership coaching and mentoring to leaders and organisations to meet the challenges stemming from change initiatives. This includes the alignment of culture, values, people and behaviours to encourage the desired results.

Leadership coaching: identification and development of own authentic leadership style using proven tools and methodologies. Focusing on the individual’s needs, including personal growth and learning to set meaningful goals, make better decisions and improve communications and relationships with teams and across the organisation.

Training and development: improve current and future employee performance by increasing employees’ ability to perform through the design of training, education and development programs.
